The planned Support Fee for overseas clients, scheduled to begin on October 1, 2026, has been cancelled.
Update: Cancellation of the Planned Support Fee (August 26, 2026)
We have decided not to introduce the “Support Fee” that was originally scheduled to be introduced on a trial basis from October 1, 2026, as announced below.
The Support Fee was originally planned because reservations from overseas clients had increasingly required additional support, such as providing information and explanations in advance, confirming details, communicating by email, and providing translations.
Since then, we have expanded and improved the information and FAQs available in English on our website. We have also seen more clients carefully review the information on our website and our terms of service before making reservations or inquiries.
In addition, many clients have taken the time to understand our rules and have followed them properly when using our services. This was also an important factor in our decision.
As a result, we have had fewer occasions where we need to provide individual explanations or confirmations, and the workload involved in email correspondence and other support has also been reduced compared with before.
Taking these circumstances into consideration, we have decided that, at this time, there is no need to charge an additional fee for this support. We have therefore decided not to introduce the planned Support Fee.
We kindly ask that, before making a reservation or inquiry, you review the information, FAQs, and terms of service available on our website and make sure that you understand our rules before using our services.

※The following is the original announcement, published on May 5, 2026, regarding the planned introduction of the Support Fee.
Due to the increasing number of international clients, we will introduce a "Support Fee" on a trial basis for certain clients requiring additional assistance, for reservations made from October 1, 2026, 12:00 PM (JST).
This initiative aims to expand the number of cast members who can assist international clients, enhance communication support, clarify service guidelines, and strengthen safety measures.
This includes clients who are not residing in Japan or who do not have a Japanese phone number.
- ■ About the Support Fee
(Trial Period: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027) - During the trial period (approximately one year), the following flat rate will apply:
- ・All applicable clients: 4,000 JPY
- ※Please note: The following pricing structure is planned for future implementation, but will not apply during the trial period:
- ・New clients: 8,000 JPY
- ・First-time reservation with a cast member they have not met before — for existing clients: 4,000 JPY
- ・Repeat reservation with a cast member they have previously met — for existing clients: 4,000 JPY
- ■ For Existing Clients
(Clients who have made a reservation prior to September 30, 2026) - ・Returning to a cast member they have previously met → No fee
- ・First-time reservation with a cast member they have not met before → 4,000 JPY (Applies to reservations made on or after October 1, 2026)
- ※This is because initial guidance and confirmation are required for each cast member.
- ■ Application Criteria
- The support fee is based on the reservation date, not the service date.
- ・Reservations made on or after October 1, 2026 → Subject to fee
- ・Reservations made by September 30, 2026 → Not subject to fee
- ※Even if the service date is after October 1, reservations made by September 30 will not be subject to the fee.
- ■ Purpose
- ・To enhance language support and communication
- ・To expand the number of cast members who can assist international clients
- ・To strengthen safety management and prevent potential issues
This initiative is intended to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all clients.
